Russell A. Schaub, Managing Partner
Russell is a founding member and Managing Partner of Shackleton Capital Partners LLC. Russell was active in mortgage and other consumer lending for over 20 years. His positions included the President and Chief Operating Officer of Citibank's Home Equity business, the Chief Financial Officer for CitiMortgage, and most recently senior positions with Chase Home Lending and Citigroup Credit Cards. In addition, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TrueLink, a Lehman Brothers-funded venture, which developed credit monitoring and identity theft products for financial institutions and consumers. TrueLink was sold to TransUnion LLC. Russell earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Philip N. Adsetts, Managing Partner
Philip is a founding member and Managing Partner of Shackleton Capital Partners LLC. Philip was active in commercial lending with Scotia Capital for over 20 years. Most recently he was a Managing Director focused on arranging finance, primarily senior secured debt, for leveraged buyouts by private equity sponsors. Prior to that time he covered a broad variety of industries, including real estate developers. Philip earned his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics at University College London (U.K.) and his M.B.A. in Finance from The Johnson School, Cornell University.
